Carbon steel oval roaster TERRESTRIAL with ceramic non-stick coating.
Made of carbon steel, with 3 layers of non-stick ceramic coating, allows the uniform distribution of heat, giving a perfect cooking result. Even cooking at low temperatures is accomplished, saving energy at the same time. The non-stick ceramic coating guarantees perfect taste without affecting it and at the same time ensures totally healthy cooking and easy cleaning of the roaster. The fabrication involves low-carbon footprint processes and excludes PTFE and PFOA.
-Before the first use wash the roaster with soapy warm water and soft sponge.
-Coat the inside surface of the roaster with oil or butter before each use.
-Do not overheat the roaster when it is empty.
-Low or medium heat is sufficient for obtaining the best cooking results. The maximum temperature should not exceed 230oC.
-Do not fill the pan to more than 2/3 of its capacity in order to prevent overflow.
-Let the roaster to cool down and then wash it with soapy warm water and soft sponge.
-Use only wooden, plastic or silicone kitchen utensils for longer life of the non-stick coating.
-Never cut food into the roaster using sharp tools.
-Do not use acidic ingredients (e.g. tomato juice, citrus juice).
-Avoid ingredients that may stain the roaster, such as saffron, turmeric, mustard etc. In any case the color stains caused by the aforementioned or similar ingredients cannot be considered defects, as do not cause any impact on the quality of the roaster and do not produce any toxic or other dangerous substances for the human body.
-The use of baking paper will extend the life of the roaster and of the non-stick coating.
-Do not overheat the fat or oil on the point of smoking, burning or turning black.
-Prefer hand washing to ensure longer life of the roaster.
-Do not use metal sponges, wire or harsh cleaners.
-The non-stick coating is in compliance with materials coming in contact with food.
