Use of the website Navaideas

As is the case with most other websites, the website Navaideas automatically collects some information and saves it in logfiles. The information will include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, the area or general location from which your computer or device has access to the Internet, the type of browser, the operating system, and other usage information about the use of the Navaideas website, including the pages you visit. We use this information to design our website to better meet the needs of our users. We can also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and manage our website, analyze trends, track visitor traffic, and collect broad demographic information to help us determine the visitors’ preferences, as well as for fraud prevention purposes. The Navaideas website also uses cookies and web beacons. It does not track users when they visit third party websites, does not provide targeted advertising to them and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) messages.

Website activity

Log Files

As with most websites, we automatically collect some information and save it in log files. This information may include IP addresses, type of browser, referral / output pages, operating system, visit date / time and clickstream data. Cookies

A cookie is a small file that is stored on a user's computer for record keeping purposes. Navaideas usually uses session cookies and permanent cookies at the same time. We use session cookies to make it easier for you to browse our website. A session cookie expires when you close your browser. A permanent cookie remains on your hard drive for a long time and can be used when you return to our website to identify you and / or allow you to log in. You can remove permanent cookies by following the instructions provided in your browser help file.

When you log in to the management environment of your account as a client of Navaideas you can select "Memorize Email / Username", so that through a permanent cookie a session ID is saved to identify you between the sessions of the browser. You can remove this cookie by clicking the Logout button.

If cookies are rejected, you may continue to use our website, but your ability to use certain areas of the website, such as the control panel, contests or surveys, will be limited and you may need to re-enter some personal information.

Marketing & Advertising, Other Websites

We work with third-party companies, including -but not exclusively- Google and Facebook, to place and track ads on third-party websites. Like most advertisers, we place ads where we think they will be most relevant to our customers. We place ads by developing and using our own marketing tools that can combine online and offline information about our current and future customers.

The internet advertising companies that provide these services have their own privacy policies and are not subject to our privacy statement. Many of these companies provide ways so you can avoid targeted advertising provided by or through them. We base these campaigns on non-personal information collected about you (eg we may track your activity on our website and then display ads through third party websites related to the cookies of these activities) or on personally identifiable information cookies (eg related to certain moves that have been collected in order to customize an information campaign that is more relevant to you).

Rights of data subjects

This privacy notice is intended to provide you with information about the personal data collected by Navaideas about you and how they are used. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected]

If you wish to confirm that Navaideas processes your personal data or to have access to the personal data that Navaideas may have for you, contact us at [email protected]

We update and test the security technology we use on an ongoing basis. We restrict access to your personal data only to staff who need to know this information to offer you privileges and services. In addition, we train our staff on the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the privacy and security of your information.
