Scrambled eggs with toasted bread

Recipe ingredients

- 2 slices of white bread

- 30 grams butter

- 1 tomato

- 2 slices of bacon

- 50 grams grated mozzarella

- 1 avocado

- 3 eggs

- 1 tsp butter

- 1 tbsp sour cream

- Freshly ground pepper

- Salt

Recipe Directions

For the toasted bread:

Cut the tomato into 4 slices and cook in a grill pan together with the bacon. Transfer to a plate and clean the grill pan with kitchen paper.

Spread the bread with butter on both sides and place one slice in the grill pan, put half the amount of cheese, bacon, tomatoes, sliced avocado and the rest of the cheese and cover with the other slice of bread.

Bake the sandwich on both sides until cheese melts.

For the scrambled eggs:

Place a saucepan on medium heat, break and beat the eggs, add the butter and sour cream.

Start cooking the eggs, stirring constantly with a spatula, lower the temperature, add salt and pepper.

Once the eggs are cooked but juicy, remove from the heat and serve.

Serve the meal with a freshly squeezed orange juice or coffee.
