Recipe ingredients

- 2 breads of your choice 30-35 cm

- 60 gr. olive oil

- 500 gr. minced beef meat

- 250 gr. bacon

- 400 gr. grated mozzarella

- 1 onion

- 1 green pepper without seeds

- 1 tablespoon tomato paste

- 1 pinch of sugar

- 200 gr. hot water

- 1 green onion

- 1 chili pepper

-1 teaspoon thyme 

- Salt

- Rocket salad for serving


Recipe Directions

1. In a saucepan, put the olive oil and the minced beef. Mix with a wooden spoon until the minced meat changes color.

2. On the cutting board, cut finely the bacon, the green pepper and the onion. Add them to the pot and mix.

3. Then, add the tomato paste, the sugar, the salt, the pepper and half a chopped chili pepper. Mix them and add the hot water.

4. Add half the grated mozzarella, turn off the heat and mix.

5. Cut the top of the two buns 30-35 cm and remove their crumb.

6. Place the buns in a pan and fill them with the minced beef. Add the thyme and the rest of the mozzarella on top.

7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 190 ° C until the mozzarella melts and our bread becomes crispy.

8. After 20 minutes, place them on a cutting board and serve with chili pepper, thyme and rocket salad.
