Recipe ingredients

½ cup raw flaxseed

½ cup chia seeds

½ cup pumpkin seed

½ cup sesame and black sesame

¼ cup quinoa

A little salt

1 cup water


Recipe Directions

Put non-stick paper on a baking tray.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. We will bake on the middle grill.

Put into a blender 2 tablespoons flaxseed.

In a bowl put all the ingredients: ground flaxseed, chia, pumpkin seeds, sesame and black sesame, quinoa and a pinch of salt.

Put into the ingredients 1 cup of water.

Mix with a spoon. Let the mixture for at least 20'.

After 20′ the mixture looks sticky.

Put the mixture in the baking tray until to create a thin layer.

Bake the crackers for 20'.

While the mixture is ready, take it out of the oven and score the crackers into desired pieces, large or small.

Turn the crackers upside down in the baking tray and continue baking for an additional 20' or until they are completely dry and change color.

Let the crackers cool completely and store them in an airtight container for 2 weeks.

Serve with cream cheese or yogurt and red fruits.
