Recipe ingredients

For the base with pears:

1 kg pears, peeled and cut into 8, seedless

90 gr. sugar

40 gr. corn flour

40 gr. coarsely chopped and roasted hazelnuts

100 gr. milk chocolate, cut into pieces


For the crumble:

200 gr. flour for all uses

2 teaspoons baking powder

100 gr. vegetable butter Spry

100 gr. hazelnuts, coarsely chopped and roasted

120 gr. sugar

Recipe Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

2. Put the pears, the sugar, the corn flour and the hazelnuts in the cast iron pan and mix them. Then, add the chocolate pieces.

3. In a bowl, add the flour, the baking powder, the vegetable butter Spry, the hazelnuts and the sugar. Press with your fingers until the mixture looks like crumbs. Then, put the "crumbs" on the pears and put the pan in the oven.
