Alternative recipe for bakaliaros on March 25th | Foodaholics

Προϊόντα που χρησιμοποιήσαμε στην συνταγή

Υλικά συνταγής

- 5-6 medium potatoes

-Salt

- 5-6 medium potatoes

- Olive oil

- 600 gr. of cod fillet

- 2-3 cloves of garlic

- Salt and pepper

- Paprika

- 100 gr. of margarine

- 1/4 bunch of parsley

-Salt and pepper 


Εκτέλεση συνταγής

Peel and cut 5-6 potatoes into 4 pieces each.

Put them in boiling salted water and cook until soft.

Peel and slice 5-6 potatoes.

Fry them in hot olive oil.

When they change color, we take them out on absorbent paper.

Sauté the cod fillets over medium heat.

When they change color on one side, we turn them on the other.

Mash the potatoes in a bowl, grate 2-3 cloves of garlic, add salt, pepper, paprika, margarine and mix them well.

Place the fried potatoes in the roaster as base.

Add the cod in pieces.

Add the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.

With one icing bag place the garlic.

Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
