Non-stick rectangular carbon steel loaf pan IMPERIAL with stone coating
The loaf pan is made of carbon steel, which offers even heat distribution for better baking results. The non-stick stone coating ensures easy removal of the cake, as well as easy cleaning after use.
-Before the first use wash the pan with soapy warm water and soft sponge.
-Coat the inside surface of the pan with oil or butter before each use.
-Do not overheat the pan when it is empty.
-Low or medium heat is sufficient for obtaining the best cooking results. Maximum temperature must not exceed 230οC.
-Do not fill the pan more than 2/3 of its capacity to avoid overflow.
-Leave the pan to cool first and then wash it with soapy warm water and soft sponge.
-Prefer to use wooden, plastic or silicone kitchen utensils for longer life of the non-stick coating.
-Never cut food into the pan using sharp tools.
-Do not use acidic foods (eg tomato juice, citrus juice).
- Avoid ingredients that may stain the pans, such as saffron, turmeric, etc. In any case the color stains caused by the aforementioned or similar ingredients cannot be considered defects, as do not cause any impact on the quality of the pans and do not produce any toxic or other dangerous substances for the human body.
-The use of baking paper will extend the life of the pan and the non-stick coating.
-Prefer hand washing to ensure longer life of the pan.
-Do not use metal sponges, wire or harsh cleaners.
-The non-stick coating is in compliance with food contact regulations.
