They are manufactured and packaged from recycled materials. The excellent and durable ceramic coating ensures great resistance to abrasion and high temperatures (up to 300° C). They are produced in such a way that there is a significant reduction in carbon dioxide emissions and they do not contain PFAS, PTFE and PFOA. The solid composition of the metal and the heavy bottom help to distribute the heat evenly over the entire surface of the pan.
The inner non-stick ceramic coating provides long-term resistance to daily use, while its reinforced outer surface makes the utensil resistant to abrasion.
It has a stainless steel handle for ease of use. It fits perfectly on the hob ensuring an even distribution of heat for healthy and even cooking.
It is the ideal pan to achieve an absolutely delicious and healthy cooking result as ingredients retain their authentic taste and nutrients while requiring a minimum amount of oil during cooking.

- Before the first use wash the pan with soapy warm water and soft sponge.
- Cote the inside surface of the pan with oil or butter before each use.
- Do not overheat the pan when it is empty and remove the pan from the stove before its content evaporates.
- Do not fill the pan to more than 2/3 of its capacity in order to prevent overflow.
- The cooking vessel will immediately reach high temperatures and therefore excessive preheating should be avoided. Low or medium temperature should be sufficient to achieve the best cooking results.
- The pan is made to withstand sudden temperature changes. For longer life, prefer to leave the pan to cool first and then wash it with soapy warm water and soft sponge.
- Prefer to use wooden, plastic or silicone kitchen utensils for longer life of the non-stick coating.
- Never cut food into the pan using sharp tools.
- Use a stove with a size equal to or smaller than the bottom of the pan.
- Do not overheat the fat or oil on the point of smoking, burning or turning black.
- Do not use metal sponges, wire or harsh cleaners.
- The non-stick coating is in compliance with materials coming in contact with food.
