  • Grease the pan.

The use of porcelain enamel helps you save energy in cooking. Especially if you follow the tips below.

1. Turn on the hob only when you have a full pan on top of it

2. Reduce heat intensity, especially with enameled cookware, as the iron core stores heat quickly and evenly. This requires less heat and the food are lightly cooked.

3. Turn off the hobs up to 10 'before the end of cooking, and continue cooking with the rest of the heat.

Care tips for the enamelware:

- Do not use metal sponges, wire or hard cleaners.

Fill the pan with water while it is still hot, to soften food debris, then clean with the soft side of a sponge.
