For 4 servings:
20 gr. olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped onion
500 gr. peas (use fresh or frozen)
2 medium tomatoes, mashed
½ a glass of water
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon chopped dill
1. Heat the olive oil in a wok or a medium saucepan. Fry the onion for 1-2 minutes. Add the peas and stir, fry together for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add the tomato, the water, the salt and the pepper. Stir and let the mixture simmer for 1-2 minutes. Lower the heat and simmer for another 10 minutes.
3. Serve the peas with bread or rice if desired.
