500 gr. linguini pasta
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons salted butter
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon bukovo
250 gr. anari cut into cubes
120 gr. smoked cheese in cubes
Salt and pepper
60 gr. white wine
24 gr. fresh basil leaves, chopped
The zest of a lemon
200 gr. corn
1. In a large pot put salted water and boil it. Add the pasta and cook according to the instructions on the package minus 1-2 minutes. Hold back 1/2 cup of the baking water. Then, drain the pasta.
2. In the same pot over medium to high heat, add the olive oil, the butter, the thyme, and the boukovo. Cook for 2 minutes and deglaze the pan with the wine. Add the drained pasta and the water we kept back. Add the anari and the smoked cheese, mix until the cheeses begin to melt. Then, put the salt and the pepper.
3. Add the basil, the lemon zest and the corn. Mix,remove the pan from the heat and serve immediately with extra basil.
