Cream sauce with goat milk by Athena Loizidou

Recipe ingredients

80 gr. salted butter

100 gr. flour

1½ liter of goat milk

2 eggs lightly beaten

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon of pepper


Recipe Directions

1. In a large and spacious wok, pour the butter, put the wok on a medium to high heat and stir until it melts.

2. Add the flour and mix with a silicone spatula until our ingredients come together and we have a smooth mixture. Add the milk and stir with a whisk. As the milk heats up, add the eggs, the salt and the pepper to the wok and continue to stir with your whisk.

3. Be careful not to stick the mixture to the bottom of the wok. When the cream starts to thicken, remove the wok from the heat and stir quickly. Our cream sauce is ready!
