Non-stick loaf pan TERRESTRIAL with granite coating

The form is made of carbon steel which ensures uniform heat distribution in the pan for better cooking results. The non-stick granite coating allows the easy removal of the cake, as well as the easy cleaning of the pan after use.

-Before the first use wash the pan with soapy warm water and soft sponge.

-Coat the inside surface of the pan with oil or butter before each use.

-Do not overheat the pan when it is empty.

-Low or medium heat is sufficient for obtaining the best cooking results. Maximum temperature must not exceed 230οC.

-Do not fill the pan more than 2/3 of its capacity to avoid overflow.

-Leave the pan to cool first and then wash it with soapy warm water and soft sponge.

-Prefer to use wooden, plastic or silicone kitchen utensils for longer life of the non-stick coating.

-Never cut food into the pan using sharp tools.

-The use of baking paper will extend the life of the pan and the non-stick coating.

-Prefer hand washing to ensure longer life of the pan.

-Do not use metal sponges, wire or harsh cleaners.

-The non-stick coating is in compliance with food contact regulations.
