Vegan Hot Dogs in the oven by Athena Loizidou

Recipe ingredients

For 2 servings:

4  vegetable sausages

3 sprigs of celery, finely chopped

20 cherry tomatoes, cut in half

1 medium onion, cut into slices

20 gr. olive oil

Salt and pepper

50 gr. vegan cream

1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise

2 buns for hot dog, cut from their long side

50 gr. vegan cheese

Recipe Directions

1. Place the chopped vegetables in a pan lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper.

2. Place the hot dogs on top of the vegetables and place the pan in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.

3. In a bowl, add the vegan mayonnaise, the vegetable cream, the salt, the pepper and mix.

4. After 15 minutes, put the buns in the oven for 5-8 minutes to heat.

5. Spread on the buns the mayonnaise mixture. Place the vegetables on the buns together with the 2 hot dogs in each bun. Serve with the vegan cheese and serve on a cutting board with baking paper.
