Small tramezzini with turkey by Athena Loizidou

Recipe ingredients

For 10 tramezzini:

5 slices of white bread, from a medium slice cut on the opposite side (it's just like slice bread but on the opposite side)

100 gr. light mayonnaise

50 gr. ready pesto

200 gr. (2 packs) boiled turkey

70 gr. kefalotyri greek cheese, grated on the thick side of the grater

10 sun-dried tomatoes, drained and cut into pieces

2 glasses of spinach leaves

Recipe Directions

1. Cut the crust of each slice of bread with a good bread knife.

2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and the pesto.

3. Spread each slice of bread with the pesto-mayonnaise mixture, place slices of turkey, grated cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and spinach leaves on top.

4. Wrap the bread from the edge in a roll, be careful with the ingredients. Wrap each roll tightly with plastic wrap.

5. Cut the roll into 2 pieces. Serve the tramezzini we made all together on a plate to show the nice colors inside.
