Carbon steel oval roaster TAURUS with 3 layers of non-stick stone coating

Made of carbon steel, with 3 layers of non-stick stone coating allows the uniform distribution of heat, giving a perfect cooking result, while ensures even cooking at low temperatures, allowing saving energy. 

The oval roaster TAURUS by NAVA is a multifunctional cooking vessel. It can be used either as a roaster or as 2 separate roasting pans. It features a lid with nonstick coating that can be used independently as a roasting pan!

The exceptionally durable non-stick coating guarantees perfect taste without affecting it and at the same time ensures healthy and even cooking, easy cleaning and long-lasting resistance to everyday use. 

The fabrication involves low-carbon footprint processes and excludes PFOA. 

Roasting pan 1, capacity: 5.50 Lit

Roasting pan 2, capacity: 4.0 Lit

-Before the first use wash the pan with soapy warm water and soft sponge.

-Coat the inside surface of the pan with oil or butter before each use.

-Do not overheat the pan when it is empty and remove the pan from the stove before its content evaporates.

- Low or medium heat is sufficient for obtaining the best cooking results. The maximum temperature shall not exceed 230oC.

-Do not fill the pan more than 2/3 of its capacity to avoid overflow.

-Prefer to leave the pan to cool first and then wash it with soapy warm water and soft sponge.

-Prefer to use wooden, plastic or silicone kitchen utensils for longer life of the non-stick coating.

-Never cut food into the pan using sharp tools.

-Do not overheat the fat or oil on the point of smoking, burning or turning black.

-Do not use metal sponges, wire or harsh cleaners.

-Do not use acidic ingredients (e.g. tomato sauce, citrus juice).

-The non-stick coating is in compliance with food contact regulations.
